Hey could anyone tell me how ash did the following?

As u can see everything is kind of dark but his xhair and his enemymodel are kind of bright.

Could anyone help me what these settings might be because ive tried it on my pc ( using benq xl2411t) but im not getting the same results.

Any help is welcome!
