Looks like the only one that isn't full of BS and over-simplification regarding v-sync, human reaction time, input lag and refresh rate (it also does a proper comparison between LCDs and CRTs). It even talks a bit about mouse DPI (or rather CPI).

BTW, those of you who want to get an LCD (whatever the reasons) and don't like the tradeoffs of TN panels (because you do photo/video editing or just care a lot about picture quality) you may be interested by this thread, which lists LCDs capable of more than 60hz without skipping frames in their native resolution (there are some IPS and VA panels in there, including one I have tested myself and use daily : LG IPS226)
